HijabHeadshots is an AI-powered service that generates professional headshots while preserving your hijab. The service is accessible via our website hijabheadshots.com. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You may only upload photos of yourself that you own the rights to. You are not permitted to upload photos of other people, photos you do not own the rights to, or any explicit, nude, or pornographic content. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use HijabHeadshots. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission. In countries where the minimum age for processing personal data is higher than 13, that higher age limit applies.

HijabHeadshots operates on a credit-based system. All payments are one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your generated headshots, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

All content and materials on HijabHeadshots, including text, graphics, code, images, and logos, are our intellectual property and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

The AI-generated headshots you create are owned by you. By using our service, you grant HijabHeadshots a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the generated images for service improvement and marketing purposes, while maintaining your privacy as outlined in our data handling policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our AI models
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Create headshots intended to impersonate, defame, or harass others

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue HijabHeadshots, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

HijabHeadshots is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to HijabHeadshots at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, regardless of where you access HijabHeadshots from.
